Only use toilet paper in your toilets. Never flush products like wipes as they will cause backups and potential unit damage.
Use a wire screen in kitchen sink drains, and never allow grease in a kitchen drain.
Garbage disposals are not allowed. All food waste must go in the garbage.
If your unit is unoccupied for a period of time, have someone check it and 1) Run water in all drains and flush toilets and 2) Inspect for leaks around windows and other areas.

Air conditioner drains must be kept clear of clogs for both the common good and for the safety of your property. Scheduled periodic addition of a cup of bleach to the AC drains is absolutely necessary.
Owners who must be absent for any extended time should be very aware of the potential problems and must schedule someone to inspect all these problem areas regularly. Remember, Your failure to schedule someone to inspect may also cause damage to other units.
